    "content": "The other one is about release of funds. I know that there are constituencies which are behind and there are Members of Parliament who are working extremely hard. My constituency was behind by two years. So, we keep on trying to catch up with the others. I see now we have been able to catch up. I thank the secretariat of NG-CDF for giving Kitui South Constituency support. We have been able to build Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) using NG-CDF. We are currently constructing a teacher training college among other institutions that I do not think they would have been built if we did not push them through NG-CDF."
