    "content": "Another thing that Hon. Members have spoken to is the issue of 100 per cent secondary school transition that is raising challenges. There are schools that previously were pretty okay until we moved to the 100 per cent transition, which for me, as one who has worked in the sector of child rights before, is an excellent thing.
