    "content": "With regard to teacher training colleges, I have encouraged and managed to enroll 47 students from my constituency, but none of their families can afford fees. If the NG-CDF is not disbursed in the next week, the 47 students will be out of class. This is a very painful phenomenon. We have a problem of extreme shortage of teachers in northern Kenya and we want to bridge the gap by encouraging our children to join teachers training colleges. If we cannot provide them with bursaries, they will become disappointed. Then it will be a tall order to send them back to class."
