    "content": "The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has been in acting capacity for all this period because the National Treasury is doing this for blackmail. If you are in acting capacity, you cannot make proper decisions or ask the National Treasury to give you money. They are the people who are supposed to extend his contract. It is high time the Chair of the NG-CDF Committee took this matter seriously. Also, it is high time this House took the disbursement of funds seriously."
