"content": "On behalf of the HBC and in line with an earlier Communication you made to the House, I wish to remind Members that the National Assembly has been preparing to transition to the use of a paperless system in the Chamber. Currently, only a small fraction of Members have been taken through the paperless system. In this regard, short briefing sessions have been organised for the remaining Members to be familiarised with the system. It is envisaged that this system will be rolled out after the short recess in April 2019. After we come back from the short recess, there will be no hard copies of Order Papers. Everything from Order Paper, reports, the Constitution and all other statutory documents will be in your Ipads. Please make sure that you go through the small training."
