    "content": " I just wanted to say that we follow precedence in this House. There are cases where we have recommended removal from office or certain State officers to vacate office, but that will not make that person leave office because there is a procedure. The appointing authority must remove that person from office. This House can pronounce itself that so and so should leave office, but the process of removal from office must still be followed. Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for indulging me. I just want to say that we need to debate and those who think that there are provisions in this Report that require amendments, please bring the amendments."
