    "content": "Finally, from the start, the Committee wanted to remove the commissioners, secretariat and senior staff of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission. The Report before Parliament is examination of the Report of the Auditor-General on the financial statements for the IEBC for the year ended 30th June 2017. That is the thrust of what is before this House. Public Accounts Committee should not move out of that set boundary. I believe they have not done justice and that is where the violation of Article 251 of the Constitution comes into force."
