I take time to read, research and consult the legal and other staff of Parliament. I ask for your guidance before we deal with the matter. It is too early, the Chair should go back and continue with his investigations. I think the Chair cannot purport to stop Government policy formulation, it is illegal and you cannot use the Auditor- General because he has no powers. I rest my case."
