Speaker, you will recall when you were the Chair of PIC, and when you were interrogating the accounts of the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) something came up with regard to the issue of procurement of cranes. Those were not in the audit at that time, but you did it. I would like the Hon. Leader of the Minority Party to kindly hear me out so that this is not seen to be political; so that if it is a constitutional issue, let it be raised, debated and concluded, based on the Constitution of Kenya, Standing Orders and Speaker’s rulings."
