    "content": "I find it injurious to the Constitution and Parliament for a Committee to ask this House to adopt something we know is not practical. I have read their prayer No.1. They say, “Postpone everything until the Committee inquiry is concluded.” I have a problem with the word ‘committee’. The first question I have asked myself is: Which committee? This is PIC. Therefore, this means they are injuncting all other committees from doing their work, as provided for in Standing Order No.216 and Article 124 of the Constitution that creates committees of this House."
