It is on that view and through our process of examining KAA that we realised, as Members, that there is need for an audit query to be done by the Auditor-General on this matter and we wrote to the Auditor- General to do an expeditious assessment of this intervention. It is within the purview of PIC. So, we thought it wise as a recommendation of this Committee to halt the progress of this until the viability and economic aspect of this resolution is known to Kenyans. That is within the purview of PIC."
