    "content": "It beats logic for a committee of this House to go out there and purport to send the Auditor-General to audit policies, research papers, feasibility studies and come back and table that document in the House. The purported take over is not factual. Even if it were factual, the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, which touches on labour issues should also have been involved. I am a Member of that Committee. The PIC decided that this is what they will oversee. They will have the right to sniff something that is happening in any policy of the Government. Some Members have become prophets or foreseers and they can foresee that this take over will happen and it will bring some negative issues. They have become sniffers.
