"content": "We should not stand here on a high horse when we know clearly what we are trying to prevent something. We did this in at the end of the last Session. We had a progress report of what we had looked at, as we looked at additional issues which were not ready at that time. The idea of a progress report for the House is a great idea. However, to be afraid even to discuss it is a terrible message to the people who are watching us today. These are not good times. As you saw recently, the President is concerned.
