    "content": "process to be followed, I wonder how this report ended up on the Floor of this House and we have wasted the whole afternoon since 2.30 p.m. discussing whether we should debate the reports or not. There is something wrong with us as Members of Parliament that we do not listen or do not take the advice given us by the experts available to us or maybe, we are not getting quality advice anymore. I cannot say that because they are not here to defend themselves. This is a concern for me because I am a seasoned Member of this House. I am serving my third term. I have already been here for more than a decade and have served in very many committees and I know how business is conducted."
