    "content": "Hon. Speaker, you have been a Chair of PIC and it is not the first time a situation like this is happening whereby the matter goes to two committees. I remember with the SGR, a similar incident happened. In your ruling, you said that that matter was handled by the PIC and at the same time by the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. If all the Committees handled the matter objectively, you are calling the same witnesses and they are giving similar information, common sense dictates that conclusion should be similar if you are not going to be skewed in your observations and recommendations."
