    "content": " No. This is a different report because when chairs meet under the Liaison Committee, which is chaired by the Deputy Speaker, every committee states their work plan and what they have achieved. That is how it is. That is why it says that you must go through the Liaison Committee. So, it was a wrong context because that kind of a report is totally different from this Report. Even the Leader of the Majority Party is agreeing with me to that extent. As we move forward, let us respect each other. Nobody has a monopoly of knowledge. Everybody will add value, but when you come here and demean other people, that is totally out of order. We must respect each other, so that we can debate objectively for the benefit of this great country Kenya. I thank you."
