"content": " Hon. Speaker, I said that we were examining audit reports. The memo was just a source of information that was tabled before the Committee. I do not know where the confusion is coming from. The PIC was interested in the efficiency of the public investment bit as provided for in Standing Order 206(6)(c) while on the other bit, the Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing was also handling issues of operations and management. That way, this Committee has decided to table a report to allow them have a joint committee and carry out a holistic investigation. It will not be fair just to handle issues after money is lost. It is good to allow the right investigative committee to check on the issues at the right time.
