It is important to discuss that particular aspect within the confines of the Standing Orders. I hope all the Members seeking intervention are not doing so with regard to the adjournment Motion. There is nothing out of order. Hon. Washiali raised the numbers. All that is required is for me - not you - to state how much time I will allocate to the Motion. Are you rising on a point of order to tell me how much time I should or should not allocate? Hon. Washiali has complied with the rules. He has the numbers. Do not raise your hands. I do not understand that."
