"content": "Hon. Members, let us not debate this. That is why I was telling you to listen to the Statement made by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. We are not there. There was a very serious aspect of the Statement that, when the Governor appeared before them, he said some funny body - I do not know the name he used - a citizen or something, went to court. It is not him, but some concerned citizens, not the Governor of the CBK or the CBK itself. It is some other fellows. More importantly, those people, by whatever name they may be known, did not obtain any conservatory orders from the High Court. Therefore, the law is in operation. That Section 33(c) is in operation. That is important to note, first, that it is not the CBK or the Governor who went to court. It is another busy body somewhere. The busy body was also in a hurry. He did not even seek a conservatory order. This debate can stop."
