    "content": "Finally, on the issue of the funds, by the end of the week, we will have another Kshs4 billion released from the National Treasury to the NG-CDF Board for the purposes of disbursement. So, in the next few days, Members should get a minimum of Kshs10 million in their accounts as we continue. Thereafter, the National Treasury has agreed to be sending Kshs2 billion a week until we exhaust this money. At the end of the month, we have agreed that there should be a minimum of 90 per cent into the NG-CDF Board account."
