Speaker, the nominees do not hold office in any political party hence they satisfy the provisions of Article 77(2) of the Constitution and are, therefore, fit to hold office as chairperson and members of the Commission. In conclusion, I urge Hon. Members, to read the comprehensive Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security in order to fully appreciate and enrich the debate. I further urge Members to adopt recommendations of the Committee and approve the nominees as contained in the Report. Hon. Speaker, I beg to move the Report and kindly request Hon.
