    "content": "I hope and believe the incoming commissioners will seriously address the new concept of the NPSC. We know there are a lot of issues affecting the Service right now; the merging of the regular police and the Administration Police (AP). The issue of accommodation; house allowances and the uniforms is still not sorted. We see some police officers in blue, jungle jackets and others in yellow. We see all kinds of uniforms. I think it is high time this commission, just like other Members have expressed, took their responsibilities seriously."
