If you read the Report, you will see that this lady has served in the Public Service Commission (PSC) as secretary. Yes, the CEO is the secretary to the Commission. The Member from Wajir, they are called secretaries in the Constitution. Those other things you are introducing are in enabling legislation. She was the secretary to the PSC and she left there not because she was sacked. When, sometimes, we raise some of these issues, we are just bringing passions for no reason. Why do we not read the Report so that if you want to criticise your own Committee, you criticise it with facts? It is a Committee of this House. Proceed."
