    "content": "I want to come to the vetting of Ms. Lilian Mutio Kiamba whom I know very well. As a practising lawyer, I had an opportunity to work with her on matters pending at the DCI. I want to confirm that this is a very able officer. She has balanced the gender. She has the capacity to work. She is still very strong, despite the long service in the police force. I believe she will deal with matters relating to children, gender, women and people living with disabilities. A lot of Members have alleged here that a lot of police officers acquire their disability on the line of duty. After that, they are abandoned, are not very active or retire early miserably. I believe the new commissioners will look into their plight."
