"content": "Many young men who were bread winners for their families were killed. Two of us politicians were also hurt. I have not understood why an innocent politician in his car had to be attacked by a policeman. Police officers threw stones and broke the window of my car. They threw teargas canisters at me. The water bowsers are used to sprinkle very strong acidic water on people. They forced me out of my car, shot at me and broke my limbs. They nearly killed me. I have never come to terms because I do not even think they use that kind of violence against our criminals. So, it is important that we figure out what makes them do what they do. I think there is an issue of anger in our police force and it needs to be addressed."
