    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I know Members are telling you that we have two out of six before you take into account the Inspector-General of Police. You can almost automatically tell that a woman will not be appointed as Inspector-General. So, unless we have an assurance that for the first time we are going to get a woman Inspector-General of the police, I wish to oppose. If the appointing authority is listening to us, then they should know that if they do not appoint a woman Inspector-General of Police, then they would have appointed a non- constitutional body."
