Just because the Member is a member of the PIC, it does not mean that we are discussing a PIC report. The Member is out of order because he is talking about a public servant who appeared before PIC. He wants to tell us what was said in the PIC. This is an Adjournment Motion. He should talk about the workers from his constituency, who are a threat to national security."
