    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the Constitution is clear in Article 41, on the entitlement; the right to join and form a union. It is clear in Article 41(2)(d) on the right to go on strike. It is also clear in Article 37 on the right to demonstrate, picket and assemble. It is not right for us as Parliament, who passed the law that gives those entitlements, to attack those who apply that law. If we believe that the law is wrong, it is for us to amend it or qualify it. In this case, the facts show that notice was given for a strike.
