    "content": "The facts of the KQ-KAA merger will be looked into, but the suspicion on the merger is one of the causes of the strike. It appears to me that we, as Parliament, are also failing in our duty. On that issue, we have a pending matter of an inquiry by the Public Investments Committee (PIC). There is also the Departmental Committee on Transport, Public Works and Housing. I propose that we form an ad hoc committee to look into that matter and ask fundamental questions to establish by what legal process a private entity can take over a statutory body."
