Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am just simply trying to explain to the House that every single matter that is being talked about here or alluded to by some Members of this House, will be in that Report. The issue that is here is the element of the strike. Therefore, I want to categorically state here… Some Members have gone ahead and said the unions are totally wrong. Whether they are right or wrong, they are within the precincts of the Constitution of Kenya and the same laws we have put in place. In as much as we will be seeing a lot coming up, I want us to totally depoliticise this whole matter and look at it in a holistic approach. I think that is the only way we can move forward. Maybe, instead of the Members making noise, they can come up with suggestions."
