    "content": "It has been a burden for both parents and guardians. All of us have had experience of how burdensome it is to assist students to join universities and pay for their fees. That is why I have brought this Motion, so that the Government can review the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) once more with a view to increasing funding three times. We want to enable many students to access university education in this country."
