    "content": "If this Motion will be approved by this House today and it resolves that the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) formulates and implements policies that will determine how much money would be charged by the PSVs, it will provide a new life for very many Kenyans who use those services. Life has become very expensive. We understand that, as a country, we must suffer because of the increase in fuel. The businesspeople who operate matatus should not take that advantage to enrich themselves by charging exorbitant fares."
