    "content": "Regulation of fares in the country is paramount. We really need it. Most people travel in the morning with an estimated amount of money but, in the evening, fares are hiked. So, they do not have enough money for fare back home. It becomes hectic to the public. As many Members have said, this country, as much as we want to give people liberty to do business, we should also protect the public because it is our duty as representatives of the people to see to it that the public is comfortable."
