    "content": "I have had the opportunity of living out of this country. I have lived in the New York City where I have studied and worked for quite some time. You realise that countries such as the USA have organised their own systems so well that members have the metro cards that we used to have here in this country. Those cards are what controls the transport and fares of those developed nations. In this country for, example, when PWDs want to travel from Nairobi to Athi River, they are at the mercy of the driver or the conductor."
