The other day, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government came up with directives to remove boda boda riders and Probox vehicles from the roads. That has created more confusion in the transport sector. It did not help Kenyans in any way. It only enabled corruption to thrive. As we debate this very important Motion, we must ensure that it is enforced and we have sanity back in the transport sector."
