    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to contribute to this very good Motion on the issue of regulation of fares. At the outset, I would like to appreciate the importance of transport in an economy. I would relate it to mobility of factors of production. When you are talking about mobility of labour from one place to the other, and therefore, the cost that you pay for this mobility it is very crucial and cannot be overemphasised. Every time at the beginning and at the end of our school terms, school-going children move from one county to the other. There is need to be sure that if your child leaves home at time “X”, they will arrive at school at time “Y” and they will pay price “X” for that particular journey.
