    "content": "Though there is the issue that has been raised by Hon. Barasa in terms of making the regulations, I applaud the Member who has just sat because he has raised a number of issues like regulations to govern the hiking of prices. I say this because in a number of instances there are reasons that make these organisations unable to run their day to day activities. One of them could have been caused by the Government. For example, the issue that was recently raised by the relevant Ministry of transport in terms of the boda bodas and Toyota Probox vehicles which were stopped from transporting people yet they did not have any data on them."
