"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, anytime is tea time except when you think otherwise. I do not think that should concern us. However, I hope that the issue addressed by Sen. Omogeni together with what was addressed by the distinguished Senator for Nandi County will be included in the report. Sen. Omogeni raised very weighty matters and I hope that the Committee can give us a report on those issues in two weeks. I thought the Member was standing up as the Vice Chairperson to tell us when he was going to come up with a report. Instead, he gave us a report which we did not ask for and he neglected this one."
