Therefore, members of the public become desperate and seek revenge, which should be done by God because God says: “Vengeance is mine.” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to urge all of us, as Senators, and particularly Government law enforcement agencies, to ensure that they act promptly and deal with criminally intended activities, so that such gangs do not invite vengeance by people who feel that justice will not be applied in matters that they complain about. Thank you Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
