    "content": "The second last part of this Bill is about general provisions. It provides timelines when a statutory instrument shall be put in use. It provides for what should happened before the expiry of a particular statutory instrument, so that there is no gap between one statutory instrument and the next. That will ensure that people prepares the next statutory instrument before the previous one lapses."
