    "content": "I also hope that governors will show up because they have the tendency of thinking that matters to do with legislation are beneath them. Therefore, they stay away from legislative summits. The manner in which we honoured the entire nation and the devolution space by going to Kirinyaga in our numbers from day one to the last day, we expect that governors will also be humble and civil enough to sit down, so that we look at the success of devolution, or the challenges that come as a result of legislation."
