Through the Kenya Privatization Commission, we are trying to have a bipartisan approach on how to ensure that the problems facing sugarcane farmers are addressed. Therefore, we do not expect the Cabinet Secretary at the national level to create a way of ensuring advisory services to the tea farmers. We hope the counties are listening and keen on this matter."
