In fact, as I have said, we are negotiating with the Treasury; if you look at our budget, we had asked for almost Kshs1.9 billion and we were given only Kshs800 million. Our partners require that we must put money on the table before projects take off. However, the Treasury has agreed to our projects and we are in the process of sourcing for money. As soon as we get these funds, we will allocate them and the hon. Member will be given the first priority."
