    "content": "I expect that those who are involved in policy formulation in the health sector are going to use what Members are contributing today and by resolution of this House come up with something in the budget so that we can look at it and approve. We will be happy as Members of Parliament to appropriate money that we are completely aware that is going to set up cancer and diabetes diagnostics centers in this country. A country that does not invest in early testing is a country that will not have a future. The future of this country lies in a healthy population. It is a healthy population that will give a great service to this country and assist it going forward. As we advocate for this kind of early testing and early diagnostic centers being established, we know that it is the only way we will spur economic growth of this country. This is a very important Motion and this Government must take it seriously once approved."
