    "content": "should not pay. These are basic public health requirements. They should be given these things free. I want to close by saying if the Government wants to save money, let it invest in Levels 1, 2 and 3 hospitals for all NCDs, because we walk with all these diseases but we do not know. The earlier it is detected, correct diagnosis is made and proper treatment is prescribed, then that person will live longer. I will end there. I support this Motion. I donate some of my time to Dr. Nyikal because we are going somewhere."
