    "content": "rural areas where it is almost certain that whenever you have any ailment, you walk into a dispensary, you are given some tablets which you take without knowing what they are and in the process you may aggravate your situation. It is, therefore, important to have lessons on how we can prevent and subsidise whatever diabetes comes along, how we will be screened so that you know your position as you go along in life and what treatment is best for you when it is established that you have this condition. This is a very important Motion. Once we pass it, it is upon the Committee on Implementation to ensure that our Government, through the Ministry of Health, and our county governments, through their health ministries, move speedily and ensure that diabetic victims are taken care of in manner that is proper, deserving and less expensive. I support this Motion."
