    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me a chance to contribute to this Report. At the outset, I want to oppose it. As a country, we border several countries including Somalia and we are not at war with them. AlShabaab and terrorism are global issues. I am shocked that our Government is thinking of putting up a physical border between us and Somalia while the issue itself is ideological."
