From the outset, I oppose the Report of the Departmental Committee. I have done my own research and found that this project was started in 2015. The Committee has not told us whether this Report was presented to this House and whether the House approved the building of that wall. To my understanding and the little research that I have done, there is no approval of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
