As debate is going on, you need to amend this Report. Can we have some people who will move an amendment? The Auditor-General is facing the same problem even auditing county governments in the North. The Auditor-General cannot go to Marsabit, Mandera, Garissa and Wajir. Why? He is told if he goes there he will not come back alive."
