    "content": "These are pertinent questions we need to ask as Kenyans. This is because as we invest in this project, the ecosystem of Kenya and Somalia depends on each other. We are pastoralists, we see livelihood from both sides. There is constant movement of people and animals between Kenya and Somalia. Therefore, surveillance through a wall is not the best option for this matter."
